A Valentine's Day Makeup Look.

 Whilst I won't actually be celebrating Valentine's Day this year nothing gets me excited like being able to create a holiday themed makeup look. I've complied a list of my favourite products and gotten to work making a girly yet simple look that can easily translate well from daytime to night. So whether you have a dinner date or a shopping date with the bestie, I've got your back!

When I think of Valentine's Day, I tend to imagine rose golds and iridescent eyeshadows. For the eye look I'm wearing a mixture of Maybelline color tattoos in 'Gold' and 'Pink Gold' and the bronze shade in the top right of my Body Shop quad. It's such a pretty, sparkly combination that exudes girlyness and glamour. 

I've paired this with a winged cat eye (Charlotte Tilbury - The Feline Flick eyeliner) and my Chanel mascara. Seriously I'm in love with this look - it's absolutely stunning!  

For blush and bronzer I'm wearing my Chanel blush in 060 Innocence, which gives the perfect hint of colour without being too over the top. One of my biggest hates in life is people who wear wayyy to much blusher, it just looks awful! And in terms of bronzer I'm wearing Hoola by Benefit, which is a great contour shade as is doesn't look too muddy unlike some. 

For my lips of course I'm using my new baby: my Tom Ford lipstick in the shade 40. It's so perfect I'm obsessed! If you're looking for understated luxury then this is the brand for you. I have no idea why I didn't discover it sooner, for me, Tom Ford is a game-changer.
